My long-term objective and underlying desire to surge to the top of the chain crystalized in 2000 with the advent of our export house, 'S.A. Exports.'

THE MAN BEHIND THE MISSION

Actively engaged in his ancestral agricultural activity, dating back to a few centuries, Nasir Ahmed Khan, founded BEEU GROUP way back in 1970. The founder of the Group had the vision to see the involvement of people from all spectrums of society. He has been a pioneer in promoting advanced agricultural practices. His endeavour influenced agricultural landowners to use best means of irrigation and machinery for agriculture which in turn led them to sell their crops to cooperatives for much better returns.

He espoused the greatness of agriculture in this country and is the largest collective producer of agricultural crops like Rice, Wheat, Lentils and Mustard from Village Bara, District Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh in India. It is his foremost desire to brand his agricultural produce and take it nationwide.

By mid-1970, he keenly observed the Seafood Industry of West Bengal and realized its long- term potential due to huge demand of seafood products in Japan and the US markets and the growing trend of shrimp farming among locals. Consequently he focused his attention on high value shrimp and set out as a supplier of seafood to the various processing units and export houses. In the 1980s, his trustworthiness with shrimp farmers and exporters, cultivated over more than a decade, earned him the sole agency for procurement of raw materials for various export units of Marine Products in Kolkata.

He was in regular interaction with farmers in remote villages of West Bengal, encouraging them to produce shrimps by providing necessary assistance. This way he created an uninterrupted supply chain of shrimps to many of the renowned export firms.

Under his leadership, S. A. Exports excelled in its run, and is now one of the leading seafood exporters in Eastern India. Today, he has earned the reputation of a pioneer in Seafood Industry due to his close and longstanding association with farmers in consistent and collective growth.

Mr. Shamim Ahmed Khan

Graduated from Calcutta University and joined shrimp family business during 90s' under his father Leadership, Mr. Nasir Ahmed Khan, who is architect and founder of the shrimp business, he along with his seasoned & experienced sibling Mr Anis Khan created sustainable shrimp supply chain during mid 90s and sailed supply chain business model to reach zenith during beginning of 2000, He Visioned and assisted his father to move vertically up and start own Export house in 2002, also he was instrumental in pushing for own state of art processing unit, with his massive Experience of 25 years, he is Administrative & operation head and some of his important contribution remain as SA Exports becoming first shrimp processing unit from West Bengal to have Walmart, BSCI and black tiger shrimp farm BAP Audit.
Mr. Anis Ahmed Khan

Very ambitions, he chased his dreams at an early age and knew exactly what he wanted to be right then! He stepped into Seafood Division of the Group Business and took the existing connect with channel partners to an unprecedented level. He has been in the shrimp business for more then two decades now. He started his career taking on the responsibility of working at the grassroot level, interacting with the farmers, suppliers and agents in West Bengal and Orissa. His endeavor has earned him a strong identity in the Seafood Industry. He leads the Purchase & Production unit of S.A.Exports and has been the key person of SA Exports sustainable supply of Safe and Good Quality Shrimp Procurement. His activity stretches beyond professional life and he spends quality time on social activities. His credentials and contribution to industry and society have been widely acknowledged and he was nominated as Member of Marine Product Export Development and Authority board for consecutive two Terms. He is also an Advisory Board Member of one of the reputed school Group in India, Delhi Public School Megacity Kolkata, DPS Howrah and DPS Panvel, Mumbai.
Mr. Pervez Ahmed Khan
Head, Marketing & Sales, S.A. Exports
Pervez Ahmed Khan Partner, SA Exports Pursued Bachelor of Engineering in E&C from Bangalore and completed MBA. Started his career as entrepreneur by venturing exclusive ladies footwear retail brand "Magnet" With strong positioning of the brand and strategic location of stores, sustainable business model was achieved in vert short period. The brand has been doing very well and it remain as one of the most potential business venture of their Beeu Group of business. However with the New Dynamics and opportunity which was Unfolding in 2013, It was basically due to own state of art processing unit, he joined his shrimp business and assisted his father in Sales & marketing to Top clients of Japan and USA market. His knowledge and experience of 5 years in branding and operation of retail business proved very handy to catch the business in very short span and developed the product to some of premium customers in USA and Japan, He along with his father opened the USA market for kolkata shrimp Exporters traditionally Kolkata was only relying earlier on japan market. his unwavering commitment in creating premium customers, new markets and new products has boosted sales of the company in the last 4 years, He recieved last year Meen Mitra Award on behalf of S A Exports, felicitated by state fisheries dept of West Bengal. He has also been elected 3rd term consecutively for Secretary, Seafood Exporters Association of India, West Bengal region.
